A few years ago, whilst working in a top london restaurant, Bunmi got transferred across the kitchen to work in the pastry section having shown an interest in all things sweet! And so began the great marshmallow battle! These bright little fluffy squares of sugary goodness looked innocent enough, but it took many a patient afternoon to perfect them. 

But once you've tasted them, we think you'll agree, they were most definitely worth the pain and tears. Armed with the confidence and skill set to produce amazing results each time, she moved onto turkish delight, meringue kisses and mini cupcakes, all available in an array of delicious flavours.
